We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the center of the city and we were able to explore all the attractions easily. The staff, especially Patricia and Berni, were very professional and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay.

The rooms at Hugo Hotel are so cozy, with air conditioning and free WiFi, it was perfect for a young tech-savvy traveler like me! I loved how the rooms were equipped with a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box, it made me feel right at home. The private bathrooms in each room were a great convenience, and the showers were so refreshing after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the double room. It made me feel a little isolated from the lively atmosphere of the hotel.
